FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is the hourly pay?
Our pay depends on the amount of work completed – the more you do, the more you earn. This system lets you see your progress and improve. On average, during assignments the pay is from €12.5 to €20 per hour.
2. How many people share a room?
Usually 2 people share a room, but places change all the time – sometimes there is a chance to live alone. Of course, anything can happen – it’s part of life on assignment 😊
3. Do we live in campers?
No, we do not live in campers.
Employees are accommodated in houses or apartments, which have everything needed for everyday life – a kitchen, laundry facilities, a shower, a bed and a relaxation area. Wi-Fi is available in 99% of locations.
4. What do I have to pay for myself?
The company pays for travel and accommodation.
Additional costs may arise only in the following cases:
– if something is damaged at the accommodation through your fault;
– if you oversleep the trip 😊.
You plan your own meals. We provide the conditions to cook on site.
5. How many hours do we work per day?
We usually leave for work at 7:00 in the morning.
Including the lunch break, we spend about 9 hours in the forest.
Sometimes, if a site needs to be finished, we work longer – this is reflected in higher daily earnings or in the chance to have a freer Saturday.
6. I'm middle-aged – can I work?
Yes, absolutely!
Our team also includes employees over 60 years old, who handle their tasks very well. The most important thing is to have willpower, endurance and determination. If you have never done this kind of work, it may not be easy at first, but over time your body adapts.
7. What most often gets in the way of working successfully?
– Health problems. The work requires physical activity – if you have old injuries, hernias or stomach problems, they may get worse.
– Excess weight. This is not an obstacle, but it may be harder at first. The good news is that weight naturally decreases when working outdoors.
– Alcohol. This is one of the main reasons people don’t fit in with the team. If you can’t go without alcohol, this job is not for you.
